Raspberry leaf + A powerful uterine tonic, rich in calcium and iron (and other vitamins and minerals), this herb is wonderful right before and during menstruation to help replenish the body. Since it is a uterine relaxant and stimulant, it helps to regulate the uterus, and ease heavy cramping. 

Chamomile + A gentle plant, that has potent healing capabilities, chamomile is used most often for its calming effects on the body and combatting stress & anxiety. This herb is anti-inflammatory, and is soothing for the liver, digestive system, and stomach. 

Rosehips + a potent source of vitamins and antioxidants, rosehips support a healthy immune system. Rosehip tea boasts anti-inflammatory properties that help soothe stomach muscles to alleviate stomach cramps, heartburn, and bloating.

HOW TO USE

To prepare, simply add 1.5 teaspoons of the blend to 1 cup of hot water and steep for 6-8 minutes.
