This Vancouver Candle by Drip Candle Studio has hints of cedar and the west coast.

Drip Candle Studio's plant-based candles are the perfect balance of a few clean ingredients:

  • 100% soybean wax
  • Pure cotton wicks
  • Fine, naturally derived botanicals oils

All ingredients are sustainably grown in North America without the use of pesticides. These candles are free of parabens, phosphates, phthalates and dyes.

Their plant based soy wax is vegan, kosher, biodegradable and melts at a lower temperature than other types of candle wax. The combination of a low melting temperature and naturally derived ingredients emits a clean, soot-free burn.

Eco-consciously made in Ontario.

INGREDIENTS

100% Soybean wax. Pure cotton wicks. Fine, naturally derived botanical oils.

ABOUT THE BRAND

Our candles are inspired by people, places & occasions. We have the utmost respect for the Earth and all of our ingredients are plant based. Our candles are: FDA compliant, Kosher certified, Vegan & never tested on animals.

Every candle is created entirely by hand in limited batches. The candle tin is food grade and was designed to be repurposed. All of our packaging is biodegradable and made of recycled materials.

HOW TO USE

Our candles are anchored by tightly braided cotton wicks that are saturated in wax to ensure a slow and calibrated burn.

Light both wicks for every use.

The first light should be long enough to melt the top layer of wax to the edge of the tin. Doing so will prevent the candle's wax from tunneling & provide the longest burn time

Trim each wick to 1/4" (0.6 cm) before relighting to yield a clean, soot-free burn.

Post burn, replace the lid to preserve the candle's scent and prevent the wax from collecting dust.

Frosting is a crystal formation that appears on the surface of plant based candle wax. It indicated the wax is organic and does not contain additives or stabilizers.

ALTERNATIVE FOR

This product is an alternative to paraffin candles that can release harmful chemicals when burned.

END OF LIFE

This product should be used until finished but is otherwise 100% compostable.

Any questions?

Why are many of your home goods more expensive than typical home tools or kitchen products?

Most conventional home products are made with cheap plastics designed to be replaced often.

Our collection focuses on durable materials, thoughtful craftsmanship, and long-lasting performance, so you buy fewer items over time.

Many of our products are handmade or produced by small brands that prioritize ethical production and sustainable materials.

Where are your products made?

We prioritize products made by independent makers, with many items produced in Canada, Europe, and other regions known for craftsmanship.

Each product page lists the country of origin so you can make an informed choice.

Are these products actually durable enough for everyday use?

Yes. Every product in our home collection is selected for real-life performance.

We test and curate items that can stand up to everyday household tasks—from dishwashing brushes to textiles and cleaning tools—so they look beautiful but also work exceptionally well.

Are these products eco-friendly?

Our goal is to help you reduce waste without sacrificing quality. That means prioritizing:

  • Natural materials
  • Plastic-free or low-plastic designs
  • Long-lasting construction
  • Reusable alternatives to disposable products

Buying fewer, better things is one of the most effective ways to reduce household waste.
