FUME-eh gourmet was brought about by two Canadian Chef's, Chris and Paula, who wanted to share their discovery and love of smoked olives. Everything is chamber smoked using hardwood and lightly brined and jarred or blended into our tapenades and jarred in Burnaby, BC.
