Oneka's best-selling products are now offered in 1L refill options. These are ideal if you have your own preferred container at home or if you're unable to visit the store for a refill. All refills are provided in a 1L glass jar with a deposit of $1.25. Once you've used up the product, return the glass jar and receive your $1.25 back as a store credit.

Oneka shampoos are made with certified organic ingredients and are derived from plants, and wild-harvested boreal botanicals. All the shampoos are made with ingredients that are completely biodegradable and safe for your entire family. Our shampoos and conditioners will leave you hair beautiful, hydrated, clean, and soft; without the use of harsh detergents, chemicals, synthetic fragrances or other additives.

All ONEKA shampoos are pH balanced, color-safe, vegan, and biodegradable. For use on all hair types.

NOTE: You can add a pump for mason jar.

What is your return policy?

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn't right, we're happy to offer an exchange or store credit within 14 days of purchase for items that are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. We do not offer refunds.

To start a return, mail your item to 3010 Dundas Street West, Toronto ON M6P 1Z3. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility and are non-refundable. For items over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service.
