I have a thing for little knives. I have many. They are THE most used kitchen tool in my kitchen. However, I cannot seem to stay on top of keeping them sharp and for certain items, sharp is important. A serrated knife is not high maintenance in terms of sharpening. Do people even sharpen serrated knives!? This serrated knife worked so well on cutting my avocado in half and cutting a tomato is fun! Having this one in your drawer will make you happy.
