WHY METAL PACKAGING? Metal is one of the easiest and most accepted materials on the planet to recycle. This product comes in a 100% recyclable container.
WHY POWDER? Liquid detergents are made up largely of water. At Nellie's, we don't think selling and moving water around the planet is a very good idea. The fact is, more cleaning power can be packed into a smaller space using powder.

What is your return policy?
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn't right, we're happy to offer an exchange or store credit within 14 days of purchase for items that are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. We do not offer refunds.
To start a return, mail your item to 3010 Dundas Street West, Toronto ON M6P 1Z3. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility and are non-refundable. For items over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service.
