Blade: Made from high-performance European stainless steel (hardness 55-57 HRC). It offers high corrosion resistance, excellent edge retention, and withstands wear even when cutting harder materials like tomatoes or kiwis.

Handle: PEFC-certified beechwood from sustainably managed forests in the Jura and Vercors regions. The handle is strong, durable, and protected with a clear varnish to resist moisture and dirt.

Hold the beech wood handle firmly and glide the stainless steel blade along fruits or vegetables to remove the skin. Use light pressure—its sharp edge does the work. The pointed tip helps remove blemishes or potato eyes.

Hand wash only.

This product comes in a paper box that is compostable or recyclable through paper or single-stream recycling.
