    Every product we offer goes through a strict vetting process. We evaluate ingredients, packaging, production practices, sustainability, and overall brand ethics.

    Only products that meet our high standards for effectiveness and environmental impact make it to our shelves.

    Are natural and sustainable products more expensive?

    While sustainable ingredients and ethical practices sometimes come at a higher cost, we carefully curate our selection to balance quality, effectiveness, and value. Our goal is to make it easy for you to enjoy premium, ethical products without overpaying.

    What if I have sensitive skin or allergies?

    We understand that everyone’s skin is different. Each product includes full ingredient details, and we recommend patch testing new products if you have sensitive skin or allergies. Our curated selection favors gentle, skin-friendly formulations.

    Can I refill or reorder easily? How does this work?

    Yes, though how it works depends on the product.

    Beauty products are refilled in store. Bring your empty bottle to our shop and we'll top it up, so your original container keeps getting used. We don't currently offer beauty refills by delivery.

    Soaps and select cleaning products can be ordered as refills online, shipped in plastic-free packaging. Simply top up your bottle at home when it runs out.

    Either way, you're buying the product, not another container.

    What is your return policy?

    We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn't right, we're happy to offer an exchange or store credit within 14 days of purchase for items that are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. We do not offer refunds.

    To start a return, mail your item to 3010 Dundas Street West, Toronto ON M6P 1Z3. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility and are non-refundable. For items over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service.
