Yes, effectiveness is one of the main criteria we use when selecting refill brands.

We carefully curate products that clean just as well as conventional options, but with better ingredients and less wasteful packaging. If something doesn’t perform well in real homes, it doesn’t make it onto our shelves.

You start with a reusable bottle, then refill it whenever it’s empty instead of buying a new plastic container each time.

Many customers quickly turn it into a routine — refilling their cleaning and personal care products just like they would restock groceries. Plus, many customers find their products last longer due to concentrated formulas.

What ingredients do your products use — and what do they avoid?

We curate brands that prioritize naturally derived, biodegradable ingredients that are safe for everyday home use. Our role is to do the research and testing for you, so you can shop with confidence.

Every product we carry is reviewed against our ingredient and sustainability standards. We look closely at things like formulation transparency, environmental impact, and packaging. The products we carry avoid ingredients such as:

• Synthetic fragrance
• Parabens
• Harsh chemical fillers

What if I try a product and it doesn’t work for me?

Because we curate many different brands, we can usually recommend an alternative that better fits your needs.

Our team is always happy to help you find the right product for your home, whether that’s a different scent, formula, or brand.

We want you to feel confident that what you’re bringing home will actually work for you.

What is your return policy?

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn't right, we're happy to offer an exchange or store credit within 14 days of purchase for items that are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. We do not offer refunds.

To start a return, mail your item to 3010 Dundas Street West, Toronto ON M6P 1Z3. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility and are non-refundable. For items over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service.
