Baking Soda, Citric Acid, Menthol, Witch Hazel, and Essential Oil Blend (Eucalyptus, Peppermint, and Wintergreen).

Simply dampen in the shower, place on a ledge away from the direct water flow, enjoy the little bursts of aroma. Once your shower in almost complete, place the steamer in the palm of your hand, damped again, close your eyes, hold close to your face ... inhale and exhale as you experience the full benefits of this aromatherapy steam.

Place in a bowl of boiling, hot water, lean over the bowl and cover your head with a towel to enjoy an aromatherapy facial steam.

This product comes in a paper bag. Paper components can be recycled through paper or single-stream recycling.
