Using 2 layers of super-absorbent microfiber hidden between 2 layers of soft cotton jersey, Aisle (previously named Performa Lunapads) were made to hold your heaviest menstrual flow and stop light bladder leaks in their tracks. The full coverage leakproof backing keeps everything off your clothes, while the wicking cotton top layer keeps you comfortable and dry.

If something isn’t quite right, we’re happy to offer an exchange or store credit within 14 days of purchase for items that are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. Please note that we do not offer refunds, and opened or used products cannot be returned.

bought another one of these at another store. Bought another one as I decided to build a week supply so I only have to wash them during my normal wash periods. Love the cotton base against the skin and the snap closure at the bottom. I find velcro always gets dirty in a way you can't clean it. . Also works well with the occasional bladder leak. And I feel dry in these.
I have been using the regular aisle reusable pads for years and can’t say enough good things about them. Thought I’d try a different size thinking they would be even more absorbent for those heavier days. The size of these are insane; they are huge! I’ll admit I’m not great with dimensions so perhaps I should have been prepared but I wasn’t. I’m sure they are still an excellent product but I can’t see ever using them due to the size. Don’t hesitate to try aisle though - great products - just be sure the size is right for you. I prefer the regular sizes and the liners.
