In 2020, Stephen and Julie Burnett introduced lavender farming, creating a unique, locally-grown product that has quickly gained attention for its aromatic qualities. The farm continues to embrace innovation while honoring its rich agricultural heritage, providing high-quality, natural lavender-infused products to their community and beyond.

In Baking: Add to cakes, buns, custards, sorbets, or create lavender-infused sugar for added flavor.

In Cooking: Use as a substitute for rosemary or thyme, or grind the lavender buds to include in seasoning blends.

For Maximum Flavor: Use a mortar and pestle or coffee grinder to release the full flavor of the lavender buds before adding them to your dishes.

This product is a sustainable and healthy alternative to industrialized seasonings and condiments, which often contain added additives.

The Apothecary Jar is reusable and can be refilled with more lavender. Once the jar is no longer in use, it can be recycled, following local guidelines for glass and packaging recycling. The lavender buds are sustainably grown and carefully harvested, ensuring minimal environmental impact throughout the product’s lifecycle.
