One-of-a-kind bed for your furry friend! These baskets are handmade with veta vera i.e. elephant grass which makes them durable and sustainable. Put in a mattress and it makes a perfect nest for your dog.
This basket is a Fair-Trade product made by the Yeng Pang Basket Weavers cooperative in Kongo village Northern Ghana.

The basket is made of natural veta vera grass straw, straps are goatskin. Avoid long-time use in humid conditions. Should the basket loose its shape, hydrate it lightly, and restore its initial form. Allow it to dry in a well-ventilated room. Colours may fade in contact with direct sunlight. Caution: this product may splinter.

We repurpose all packaging materials we receive for order shipments, including any cardboard boxes, paper, tissue, and corn-based packing peanuts. We use recyclable paper tape with water activated adhesive. Sometimes, plastic wrapping falls on our hands from certain vendors. We keep it for situations where a bit of bubble wrap will help better protect your product.
We encourage you to repurpose it and keep it going around :)
