This Bag Helps - Our Story
We were laying awake one night back in March, worrying about our seasonal businesses that would most likely not open this summer, and the many other businesses that were currently being affected by Covid-19, when the “This Bag” idea popped into our head. We registered as a non-profit organization that week, and it’s been an awesome whirlwind ever since.
We’re so thankful to everyone who has supported the cause in so many ways, and are elated to help 17 small businesses across Canada with grants so far. (We continue to receive heartbreaking applications every day and want to help them all!).
We believe it’s these businesses and causes that make up the framework of our communities. They closed their doors to help keep everyone safe, and now let’s return the favour and help keep their business stay safe and well as they take steps to adapt in this ever changing marketplace.
